am going to ask you one more time to think very carefully about referring Marie
to a real estate litigator who u think may possibly do the “right
thing” for the “general good” bearing in mind there can be
no, I repeat, no ducking the realities of what took place with your associate
who failed to execute the most basic elementary ethics training.
Each
and every one of us has “conflicts of interest” but given the power
of the Digital Age, more importantly the command “sum” [sic] of us
have in getting not just those negatives who attract “negative
attention” to “stand still” but with each tick of the clock
empower the positives to join together I expect u to do more than simply have
her call the fricken San Diego County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service.
