Recapping
the phone conversation we had following my sending u an email and u responding
immediately confirming receipt:
Earlier
today I spoke with a Senior Assistant United States Attorney as well as an
investigator for the United States Postal Service about matters pertaining to 2
Grand Jury investigations involving the law firm of Milberg Weiss.
The
information in my possession relating to such matters is tangential to the
other information in my possession of political corruption at the highest
levels of the Democratic Party involving a French multi-national conglomerate
which I believe would be of paramount importance to the President of the

on November 1st 2002 at 5:32 PM PST, one week before the California
Gubernatorial elections that resulted in Democratic Governor Gray Davis being
reelected for a second term I sent a Ms. Gabrielle Forsyth who I understood was
an assistant to the head of the RNCC an email that said in part,

The
same day at
“I have pased along this information to the
NRCC's attorney for review. I had already had given the team a heads up that I
wanted this reviewed asap to see if if could be of any
use to the RNC. Thank you for including me” [sic].
There
were no further communications until January 28, 2003 when at
Gabrielle, I need to speak with the NRCC's attorney.
Please let me have his-her telephone number.
Again,
I never heard from the NRCC’s attorney or Ms. Forsyth.
In
an effort to protect myself I have painstaking gone about depositing the
irrefutable “smoking gun proof” relating to the
rigging of the California Gubernatorial elections in “safe locations”
including making mention of them ever more increasingly in my email
communications to others using hyperlinks, “like their was no
tomorrow” which may appear to some to be “acts of
lunacy”, the “method to my madness” is,
however, in my opinion, why I am still in a position to type with both hands
which is not to suggest that anyone has even attempted to cut off my legs below
the knees, proof though is function of evidence, the better the evidence the
better the proof, agree?
Trust
me when I tell u I just stood up!
I
have learned the importance of maintaining a sense of humor in this “Dog
eat God” [sic]
world.
There
is nothing at all funny about the serious nature of what has transpired, the
deafening silences of at least one individual within the NRCC although not
necessarily speaking volumes placing, at least in my humble opinion, our ever
so fragile democracy increasingly in harms way.
To
repeat the evidence of corruption has, to the best of my knowledge, no
Republican fingerprints imbedded in it other than very possibly those of
William Simon the Republican contender who lost to Gray Davis after “coming
out of nowhere”, defeating the former Los Angeles Mayor, Dick
Riordan, in the Republican Gubernatorial primaries.
Suffice
to say at this time when doing further due diligence u will encounter a full
array of my missives that appear today all over The Internet but do not, I
repeat, do NOT get sidetracked by any sideshow including the book
I am writing, M
Minute
attention to detail part of my “work out” experience,
years of “infiltrating” rather ominous “black
holes” places me today in a rather unenviable position of making
a significant difference in the upcoming Presidential elections.
Once
again, the 2 phone calls today with the United States Attorneys Office in Los
Angeles lasted all of 64 minutes and 48 seconds the call ending when my cell
phone battery ran out of juice just before the Assistant US Attorney suggested
I send him my resume without providing his email address, leaving me no
opportunity to ask the $64,000 question,
“What’s taking u so long to get an
indictment out of both so public Grand Juries which I am told are generally so
secret bearing in mind that I was told by one of my former clients, Mr.
‘If u cannot get an indictment from a Grand
Jury, u the prosecutor, given the fact that the jury is only hearing your side
of the story, should have u collapsing into a heap of tears’,
agree?”

crediting to some degree me, the Chief Executive Officer of a medical device
company, with his decision to overturn this one of a kind class action lawsuit,
some 2,000 similar type lawsuits pending at the time, the media reporting quite
extensively both in terms of the initial court ruling back in December 1996 as
well in late April 1997 after the judge’s reversal, causing plaintiff
attorneys all over the world, I repeat, not just here in the United States do
we have repetitive-stress injuries out of control, to seek my services, altho I
was already by then mostly retired thinking about what if any good I could do
next.
