Assuming you don’t think it is important that I would have Devin Standard as opposed to his father, the immediate past President of the New York State Bar Association as the executor of my estate, take at look at “how well” the $19 billion market cap multinational conglomerate Devin works for [Symbol DHR] “tracks” with my buddy Joseph Steinberg’s Luecadia National Corporation [LUK] bearing in mind the rather “revealing” email I sent Joe on Monday that has got him and his banks of lawyers to now “shut the fc*k up” [sic] - Joe who is possibly the most successful and honest Wall Street executive in history having a very good sense of what I will be revealing in just a few more hours to mention little of what it will mean to get my ATTENTION when the first major oil producer feels that they have sufficient security to inform DAAC United States operatives they wont be accepting dollars in payment for their oil unless smart people like Devin come up with a way to make it a whole lot cheaper and softer than toilet paper.

Gary:

Milberg Weiss is in trouble- front page of yesterday's WSJ. 2 lawyers have left to try to keep the firm from being indicted.

Today's WSJ- Oil is not the problem, confidence in the dollar is the trouble.

  1. Jose Venturillo
  2. Annie George
  3. Andrew Krinsky
  4. Valerie Coster
  5. Sam Torres
  6. Ljsales [from yesterday]

I believe they are in correct descending order.

May I suggest rather than print them out you have your folks look at them on the computer screen.

Be advised that I have used the F word something I am loathe to do unless I think it is VERY IMPORTANT to do so and even then I could be wrong, but willing to debate anyone on the “merits”.
