Dear Joe,

I know you didn’t need to read any of my recent writings or THE DIAMOND INVENTION to better understand what is going on right now in the capital and financial markets.

I am available to meet anytime from now and until the Hong Kong gold market begins trading tomorrow.

My agenda is to get you input and at the same time give you a “heads up” of “sum” [sic] of the very specific steps I am advocating that incorruptible grass roots organizations take around the world to, at a minimum, get their fair share of the graft and if all works out well and those who have this poor habit of building in to their “cost of sales” the “cost of getting caught” are not able to incite violence prior to the revocation of the fictitious mineral rights granted by our corrupt despot governments then I am quite certain we will be well on our way to an everlasting peace.
